In our home treats hold a great place of honor in the hands of the toddlers. These vacation friendly little cakes are, I think, the perfect food; specifically for little children. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour, oats, nutmeg, baking powder and baking soft drink. Put applesauce, milk, brown sugar, egg, oil. Mix just till moist, about 10 shots, don't over mix. Devote muffin cups about 2/3 complete. Bake 20 minutes or until moves toothpick test.

Raisin and Pumpkin Muffins

1-1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup Splenda

2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon nutmeg remove frames
