1. Attempt to have breakfast within one hour of waking. It's always best to have breakfast inside an hour of waking so that your body can charge itself using the energy it requires for the day. The concept is not to wait on your own to obtain really hungry. Breakfast is easily the most important meal of the day but that does not mean that it ought to be probably the most filling meal during the day.

This is a nice way of letting off steam, so do it now. In the end, something is better than nothing. However i would suggest that you do not hit it too violently otherwise the stuffing might come out. Don't bother too much about the force with which you hit the pillow. It is quantity of hits which are important. Attempt to get at least fifty punches in a single bout.

I must give you a little fall over here. When there is somebody who you particularly dislike like your boss or perhaps your neighbor, or might be your ex-boyfriend or girlfriend, try fixing a picture from the person's head on the top of your pillow and then try punching it. I promise you, you'll have a lot of satisfaction!
