Warm Roof Take a Step Closer
Well, the chaps at www.warmroof.info have been getting the brink of finalizing two big roof replacement contracts in Spitalfields and Tulse Hill for some time now and it appears thing might have managed to move on with positive noises originating from both the project architects and structural engineers. In addition, the brand new enquiries, having been quite soft throughout the start of November, seem to be picking up again quite nicely, specifically in regards to wartrol foam insulation side from the business.
Commercial enquiries take presctiption an upswing also. We’ve been to a 300 square metre flat roof replacement this very morning that requires a full job doing on it which I’m sure is going to be lucrative. All in all the management team are reasonably pleased with how things appear to be progressing and also the lads are always pleased to be busy. Provided we can keep the new enquiries level somewhere in the region of where it stands currently I believe there exists a strong sustainable business model and a strong position that we can grow.
